We understand that sometimes things happen and you need answers on how to return products.  At Glossy Beauties, we want to make this as simple as possible and while protecting our customers, vendors, and products so that we may continue to offer the low prices.  Should you have a need to return or exchange a product (when allowed), we ask that you follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Can I Return My Product(s)?

In general, YES!*

We ask that you follow these general guidelines before initiating a return to Glossy Beauties.

  • Returns MUST BE INITIATED AND RECEIVED within 30 (Thirty) Days of the original purchase and received 10 days after return process was initiated.
  • Products Must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging.
  • In order to offer the best possible price Glossy Beauties reserves the right to inspect all return activity and refuse returns in cases of abuse.
  • Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. Orders that received free shipping will be deducted $5.99. we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.
  1. How Do I Initiate a Return?
  • Email us: The first step to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely return is to reach out to our customer service department by emailing Glossy Beauties Customer Service at Glossybeauties1@gmail.com Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM PT.  Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to confirm if your item(s) is/are eligible for return and explain our process.  Please have your original order number ready when you email. Please allow 24 hours to receive instructions from our customer service department
  • We recommend you ship products back to Glossy Beauties using a traceable ground shipping method so you can track back your return.
  1. What Happens Next?

Returns need to be received within 10 days after it was initiated. Once received you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account.
